Integration Options Overview
Running video ads on your site can be a complicated business. It can be as simple as setting up a JavaScript tag or as complex as parsing XML through your player.
Choosing an integration option can be difficult. There are many different ways a video ad can be set up on a page. Knowing the demands integration places on publishers, SpotXchange has invested considerable resources into developing a comprehensive set of integration options for requesting and displaying our video ads. You can either integrate with SpotXchange directly or through one of our many partners.
Depending on technical expertise and available tools, the time it takes to integrate with SpotXchange can vary. Your SpotXchange Account Manager will help you manage time frames and set a realistic launch date.
How it Works
- Real-time, parameter-based ad request is sent to SpotXchange
- SpotXchange's ad-matching algorithms identify a real-time ad match
- SpotXchange responds with that ad match
*Type of response varies based upon integration type - Ad is served through publisher's SpotXchange integration
- During ad play, beacons are sent to SpotXchange to track performance
